Ronald A. Zisman, born in Lima, Peru, is a U.S./Canadian dual citizen. He was admitted to California Bar in 1980 and he is also Licensed as a Practitioner of Foreign Law in B.C. Canada.

Mr. Zisman relocated to Vancouver B.C., Canada in 1989. He practices U.S. immigration and nationality law with his law firm Preshaw & Zisman in Everett, Washington and Vancouver, B.C. He earned a B.A. degree from The University of California, Los Angeles and a J.D. degree from McGeorge School of Law, UOP.

He has extensive experience in business immigration law and the immigration aspects of the NAFTA Agreement between Canada and the U.S. He is fluent in Spanish and French. Mr. Zisman is a Mentor with the American Immigration Lawyers Association.

Mr. Zisman is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA). He has been interviewed regarding U.S. immigration issues and policy by National Public Radio and CBC and lectures frequently in the area of U.S. Immigration Law. He has conducted seminars and courses for: Simon Fraser University; Chartered Accountants of British Columbia; American Immigration Lawyers Association (CLE); British Columbia Institute for Studies in International Trade; Pacific Business & Law Institute and other business and educational organizations.
